Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates
• Flat Rate Shipping: $12.50 on orders under $199
• FREE Shipping: Automatically applied on orders $199 or more
Standard Shipping Method:
• USPS Priority Mail (estimated delivery: 2–5 business days)
• UPS Ground may be used depending on box size and weight—no additional charge
Need expedited shipping?
If you’d like Next Day, 2-Day, Express, or another service beyond USPS Priority or UPS Ground, give us a call. Additional charges will apply, and we can add that charge as an addition to your order.

Local Pickup
• Skip the shipping—choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready same day
• You’ll receive an email or phone call with pickup instructions
• Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive

Order Tracking
