Order Processing

 All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

  •  Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $12.50 on orders under $199 for orders within the contiguous US.
  •  FREE Shipping: Automatically applied on orders $199 or more for orders within the contiguous US. 
  • Additional charges will apply for orders outside of the contiguous US. Once your order is placed, we will get real-time quotes from our carrier(s) and contact you with the final shipping cost.

 

Standard Shipping Method:

    • UPS Ground (estimated delivery: 2–5 business days)

    • UPS does not ship over weekends.


Need expedited shipping?

If you’d like Next Day, 2-Day, Express, or another service beyond UPS Ground, give us a call. Additional charges will apply, and we can add that charge as an addition to your order.

Local Pickup

    • Skip the shipping—choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready same day 

    • You’ll receive an email or phone call with pickup instructions 

    • Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive

Order Tracking

 When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can also track it by returning to your order page on our website. 

 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear.

 If you haven't received your order within 7 days of shipment, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges 

All returns must be accompanied by the receipt within 30 days of sale. A credit card processing fee of up to 10% may be charged on credit card returns.

Custom and special orders are NOT eligible for return.

Customer is responsible for cost of return. Refund does not include the original shipping fee.

Up to 20% restocking fee on all returns. Must be clean and undamaged to be returned.
