All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Flat rate shipping: We offer $12.50 flat rate shipping to on orders of $199 or less.
FREE Shipping is offered on orders of $199 or more.
Our Base Service is USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time 2 to 5 business days.
We do ship UPS Ground Flat Rate when box size and weight dictate. That service is also covered in the normal shipping charges.
If you would like Next Day, 2 Day, Express or any other service besides USPS Priority and UPS Ground, additional charges will apply. You will need to contact us by phone and we can modify your charges.
Local Pick Up:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical store.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually that same day.
We will send you an email or give you a call when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you return to your order page on the website, there is also tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. A restocking and processing fee of up to 10% may be charged. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
